Chargeback Costs definition

Chargeback Costs means our administrative charge for processing a Chargeback and any (i) reasonable costs, expenses, liabilities, and (ii) Assessments that we may incur as a result of or in connection with a Chargeback;
Chargeback Costs means the costs incurred on the processing of chargebacks or refunds initiated by any debit or credit card holder or card-issuing bank.
Chargeback Costs means Xxxxxx’s administrative charge for processing a Chargeback and any reasonable costs, expenses, liabilities or Card Scheme Fines that Elavon may incur as a result of or in connection with a Chargeback including any cost for any investigation or challenge.

Examples of Chargeback Costs in a sentence

  • You shall be fully liable to Elavon for the amount of any and all Transactions returned to Elavon for whatever reason including, Chargebacks (together with any Chargeback Costs) or other disputes regarding the validity of a Transaction, even where (aa) all the requirements of Transactions set out in these TOS have been complied with, and/or (bb) you are under no legal liability in respect of the supply of the goods or services concerned.

  • To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, we shall notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any applicable Chargebacks and Chargeback Costs which have occurred or been incurred.

  • Interswitch shall remain entitled to recover Chargebacks and Chargeback Costs (and, where relevant, from any entity who has provided Interswitch with a guarantee or security relating to User’s obligations under this relationship) in respect of all Chargebacks that occur in relation to transactions effected during the term thereof.

  • A Chargeback represents an immediate liability from the Merchant to Paynetics and where the full amount of any Chargeback and/or any Chargeback Costs is not debited by Paynetics from Merchant’s Settlement Account or deducted from any Remittance, then Paynetics shall be entitled to otherwise recover from the Merchant by any means the full amount of such Chargeback and Chargeback Costs (or the balance thereof, as the case may be).

  • Upon or at any time after termination, User shall immediately pay all amounts owed under the service and, for the avoidance of doubt, Wema Bank shall remain entitled to withhold sums, set-off any sums and recover any Chargebacks and Chargeback Costs pursuant to the relevant clauses herein.

  • Any other costs, expenses, liabilities or Fines which may be incurred as a result of or in connection with such Chargeback (" Chargeback Costs").

Chargeback Costs means our administrative charge for processing a Chargeback and any (i) reasonable costs, expenses, liabilities, and (ii) Assessments that we may incur as a result of or in connection with a Chargeback; Chargeback Fee means our fee for processing Chargebacks as set out in the Fee Schedule; Claim means any action, proceeding, claim, demand or assessment (including Assessments), fine or similar charge whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise; Commencement Date means the date specified in the Master Services Agreement or the date you agree to these Terms in the Online Application (whatever is earliest); Commercial Entity Agreement means commercial entity agreement set out in Schedule 2 (Commercial Entity Agreement for Card Processing Services) to these Terms; Confidential Information means these Terms and information relating to it (other than Transaction Data), or provided pursuant to it, that is designated as “confidential” or which by its nature is clearly confidential, howsoever presented, whether in oral, physical or electronic form and which is disclosed by one Party to another hereunder, including (but not limited to) pricing and specifications relating to the Services; Consumer means a consumer within the meaning of the FSA; Contract Year means the calendar year commencing from the date and month of the Commencement Date; Customer Details means the details set out in the Online Application or the Master Services Agreement (as may be applicable); Data Complaint has the meaning given to it in clause 15.3; Data Controller any person who alone or jointly or in common with others determines the purposes for which and the manner in which Personal Data is, or is to be, processed; Data Protection Authority public authorities that have regulatory or supervisory authority over a Network, Local Payment Network, Payment Method Provider Acquirer, Airwallex or you in the area of protection of Personal Data;
Chargeback Costs has the meaning given to such term in clause 8.4.2;
Chargeback Costs means the fees incurred by Company in connection with the “Chargeback Fees” as listed in Exhibit 6 to this Agreement and any amount charged back to Company by any payment network as set forth in such Exhibit 6.

Related to Chargeback Costs

  • Allowable Costs means the costs defined as allowable in 42 CFR, Chapter IV, Part 413, as amended to October 1, 2007, except for the purposes of calculating direct medical education costs, where only the reported costs of the interns and residents are allowed. Further, costs are allowable only to the extent that they relate to patient care; are reasonable, ordinary, and necessary; and are not in excess of what a prudent and cost-conscious buyer would pay for the given service or item.

  • Allocated Loss Adjustment Expenses or “ALAE” means all court costs and court expenses; pre- and post-judgement interest; fees for service of process; attorneys’ fees; cost of undercover operative and detective services, costs of employing experts; costs for legal transcripts; costs for copies of any public records; costs of depositions and court-reported or recorded statements; costs and expenses of subrogation; and any similar fee, cost or expense reasonably chargeable to the investigation, negotiation, settlement or defense of a loss or a claim or suit against you, or to the protection and perfection of your or our subrogation rights.

  • Allowable Expenses means any necessary, reasonable and customary item of expense at least a portion of which is covered under at least one of the Health Benefit Plans covering the person for whom claim is made. When a Health Benefit Plan provides benefits in the form of coverage for services, the reasonable cash value of each service rendered shall be deemed to be both an Allowable Expense and a benefit paid.

  • Litigation Expenses means costs and expenses incurred in connection with commencing, prosecuting and settling the Action (which may include the costs and expenses of Plaintiffs directly related to their representation of the Settlement Class), for which Lead Counsel intends to apply to the Court for reimbursement from the Settlement Fund.
