To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, we shall notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any applicable Chargebacks and Chargeback Costs which have occurred or been incurred.
We may charge you a Chargeback Costs for any such investigation or challenge.

The waiver of Chargeback Costs does not apply to any fees charged by third parties involved in processing the transaction and managing chargeback claims, including but not limited to financial institutions, banks, and networks.
PayU is entitled to recover and withhold: any Refunds; any Chargebacks and any Fines; any amounts required to cover any: potential or expected Refunds, Chargebacks, Chargeback Costs, Fines, taxes, levies, VAT, withholding taxes any liability or potential liability relating to a Transaction or; liability or potential liability of the Merchant under this Agreement; and any other charges or amounts incurred by or due to PayU under or in connection with this Agreement.
Kwivrr may elect, but is not obligated, to issue full or partial payment to Creator for a cancelled event after a stated period for refund requests has concluded, and for clarity, Creator will remain fully responsible for Chargeback Costs (as defined below).

Chargeback Costs are waived by PayPal only for Eligible Transactions and only for Eligible Chargebacks.
