ChargePoint Marks definition

ChargePoint Marks means the various trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features and designations used in connection with ChargePoint and/or ChargePoint manufactured Charging Stations, including without limitation, ChargePoint.

Examples of ChargePoint Marks in a sentence

  • At no time will Subscriber challenge or assist others to challenge the ChargePoint Marks (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law) or the registration thereof by ChargePoint.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, Subscriber will immediately discontinue all use and display of all ChargePoint Marks.

  • Subscriber shall display the ChargePoint Marks in connection with Subscriber Charging Stations as required in this Agreement during the term of Subscriber’s Cloud Plan.

  • Unless receiving ChargePoint’s prior written consent, Subscriber shall not use any of the ChargePoint Marks for or with any products other than its Charging Stations.

  • Subscriber shall display the ChargePoint Marks in connection with Subscriber Charging Stations as required in this Agreement during the term of Subscriber’s Service Plan.

  • Subject to Section 3.2 below and the restrictions on use of ChargePoint Marks set forth in the Agreement, Subscriber agrees that each page comprising Subscriber’s API Implementation will include a ChargePoint logo and will state that Subscriber’s application or website is provided, in part, through the ChargePoint Services.

  • Subscriber shall not use any of the ChargePoint Marks for or with any products other than its Charging Stations.

Related to ChargePoint Marks

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Point source means any discernible, confined, and discrete conveyance, including but not limited to any pipe, ditch, channel, tunnel, conduit, well, discrete fissure, container, rolling stock, concentrated animal feeding operation, vessel, or other floating craft from which pollutants are or may be discharged. This term does not include return flows from irrigated agriculture.

  • Internet Domain Name means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to internet domain names.

  • Service mark means a word, name, symbol, or device or any combination of a word, name, symbol, or device, used by a person to identify services and to distinguish the services of that person, including a unique service, from the services of others, and to indicate the source of the services, even if that source is unknown. Titles, character names used by a person, and other distinctive features of radio or television programs may be registered as service marks notwithstanding that they, or the programs, may advertise the goods of a sponsor.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by Adapt or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Commercialization of Products and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Licensors means PRS and MCPS.

  • Nonpoint source means any project described in Section 319 of the Clean Water Act.

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Domain Name means the domain name(s) (universal resource locators), and registration(s) thereof, issued by any Person or authority that issues and maintains the domain name registration; provided, however, “Domain Name” shall not include any trademark or service mark rights to such domain names other than the rights to the Product Trademarks required to be divested.

  • Transferred Trademarks means the Trademarks, and applications for Trademarks, included in the Transferred Registered Intellectual Property.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

  • Brand name or “trade name” means a brand name or a trade name, whether registered or not, that is to say, a name or a mark, such as symbol, monogram, logo, label, signature, or invented word or writing which is used in relation to such specified services for the purpose of indicating, or so as to indicate a connection in the course of trade between such specified services and some person using such name or mark with or without any indication of the identity of that person;

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Product Trademark means one or more trademarks or logos that are used for the Commercialization of a Product in the Field in the Territory.
