Charter Guarantee definition

Charter Guarantee means any guarantee, bond, letter of credit or other instrument (whether or not already issued) supporting a Charter.
Charter Guarantee means the guarantee executed or (as the context may require) to be executed by the Charter Guarantor in favour of the Owner as referred to in recital (G);

Charter Guarantee means any of them.
