Check Metering Equipment definition

Check Metering Equipment means any Metering Equipment or other equipment installed, maintained or operated by a Party under clause 15.8(a) for checking measurements of Gas quality and quantity.
Check Metering Equipment means the additional metering devices and data gathering and communication equipment used to monitor, record, or transmit data relating to the Energy Output of the PV Facility and having the characteristics set forth in Schedule 1 to be provided, installed and maintained by the Project Company at its own expense as provided under Article 9.1;
Check Metering Equipment means any Metering Equipment or other equipment installed, maintained or operated by a Party under clause 15.8

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.
