Chief Instructional Officer means the Vice President of Instruction at Orange Coast College, the Vice President of Instruction at Coastline Community College and the Vice President of Instruction at Golden West College. In the event of reorganization at any institution, the Federation and the District agree to meet to designate the Chief Instructional Officer under this Section.
