Administrative Officer. In the event the employee believes his/her grievance has not been satisfactorily resolved, the grievance shall be submitted in writing to the Administrative Officer within seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of the Appointing Authority’s written response. A meeting of the parties may be held by mutual agreement. Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the grievance, the Administrative Officer/designee shall deliver his/her written decision to the author of the grievance.
Administrative Officer. For the purpose of notification of absence or leave, the appropriate Area Xxxx or the College President is the administrative officer at the college.

Administrative Officer. A. Battalion Chiefs or Captains may be appointed, with mutual consent of the City and the Member, to the position of Administrative Officer. Appointments will be for a maximum of one year, renewable with mutual consent.
B. Administrative Officers working a 40-hour schedule shall be paid as if he was still on his assigned shift.
C. There shall be a maximum of two Members designated as Administrative Officers at one time.
D. Administrative Officers shall work a complete pay period on one schedule, either a 40-hour schedule or suppression schedule. Shift changes while working a suppression schedule and transferring to a different suppression shift shall be in accordance with Section 6.10.
Administrative Officer. 3.8.1 An Employee who performs clerical, administrative and related tasks or the management of people who perform such tasks. At level 1 positions may have the following features: First level positions develop and change in accordance with the experience and competence of individual employees. Work will initially require completion of standardised work routines. The work has clearly defined objectives with performance outcomes being readily observable or able to be closely monitored. As individual employees develop more experience and knowledge they exercise greater judgement, make decisions and solve minor problems in their allotted duties. This is confined by instructions, established practices and procedures or written guidelines. Positions at this level progressively involve an employee in a range of activities requiring the use of: - written and numerical skills; - clerical skills; - written and verbal communication; - equipment skills (eg. keyboard); - and other work skills appropriate to the discipline. These skills are readily transferable between organisations.
(a) Knowledge/Experience - basic knowledge of clerical and administrative practices and - some knowledge of relevant agency operations and the work discipline;
Administrative Officer. The Administrative Officer is a trained administrator designated by the President to coordinate efforts to enforce the University’s Antidiscrimination Policies. The Administrative Officer serves as the University’s Title IX Coordinator, Section 504 Coordinator, Institutional Compliance Officer, and Chief Equity Officer/Affirmative Action Officer. Administrative Officer. The Administrative Officer to the Chief of Department shall carry out such duties as shall be designated and assigned to him/her from time to time by the Chief of Department. The position shall be a non-bargaining unit position and shall have such compensation and benefits as the City may determine. Any member serving in this capacity shall retain all rights and benefits as a member of the bargaining unit, if and when, he/she ceases to serve in such position. The Administrative Officer’s position shall be filled by the Chief's choice of employees holding the rank of either Deputy Fire Chief or Captain.
Administrative Officer. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parents, secretarial functions for the CVA Governance Committee will be provided by the NBVME who shall appoint someone to serve as an administrative officer for the CVA (the “Administrative Officer”). The Administrative Officer or his or her designee shall attend all CVA Governance Committee meetings but shall not serve on the CVA Governance Committee.
