Child day camp definition

Child day camp means a program in which only school children attend or participate, that operates for no more than seven hours per day, that operates only during one or more public school district's regular vacation periods or for no more than fifteen weeks during the summer, and that operates outdoor activities for each child who attends or participates in the program for a minimum of fifty per cent of each day that children attend or participate in the program, except for any day when hazardous weather conditions prevent the program from operating outdoor activities for a minimum of fifty per cent of that day. For purposes of this division, the maximum seven hours of operation time does not include transportation time from a child's home to a child day camp and from a child day camp to a child's home.
Child day camp means a program in which only school- age children attend or participate, that operates for no more than twelve hours per day and no more than fifteen weeks during the summer. For purposes of this division, the maximum twelve hours of operation time does not include transportation time from a child's home to a child day camp and from a child day camp to a child's home.

  • Child day center means a child day program offered to (i) two or more children under the age of 13 in a facility that is not the residence of the provider or of any of the children in care or (ii) 13 or more children at any location.

  • Applicable Business Day Convention means the “Business Day Convention” which may be specified in the Final Terms as applicable to any date in respect of the Instruments. Where the Final Terms specifies “No Adjustment” in relation to any date, such date shall not be adjusted in accordance with any Business Day Convention. Where the Final Terms fails either to specify an applicable Business Day Convention or “No Adjustment” for the purposes of an Interest Payment Date or an Interest Period End Date, then in the case of Instruments which bear interest at a fixed rate, “No Adjustment” shall be deemed to have been so specified and in the case of Instruments which bear interest at a floating rate, the Modified Following Business Day Convention shall be deemed to have been so specified. Different Business Day Conventions may apply, or be specified in relation to, the Interest Payment Dates, Interest Period End Dates and any other date or dates in respect of any Instruments.

  • Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.

  • Three-Month Secondary CD Rate means, for any day, the secondary market rate for three-month certificates of deposit reported as being in effect on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day) by the Board through the public information telephone line of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (which rate will, under the current practices of the Board, be published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) during the week following such day) or, if such rate is not so reported on such day or such next preceding Business Day, the average of the secondary market quotations for three-month certificates of deposit of major money center banks in New York City received at approximately 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) by the Administrative Agent from three negotiable certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • Business Day Convention means the first following day that is a Business Day unless that day falls in the next calendar month, in which case that date will be the first preceding day that is a Business Day.
