Child Only means Family Mediation where all issues pertinent to any arrangements for the child/ren of a family, including extended family, are considered in the Mediation (this does not include aspects relating to family assets, property and pensions other than arrangements for child support);

  • The child’s worker will inform the kinship/relative caretaker of the availability of TANF Child Only grants and assist the caretaker in filling out the necessary paperwork for the Division of Family Support.

  • If multiple children are required to be covered on a single Child Only Contract, appropriate premium will be charged.

  • Child abuse means any conduct that falls under the purview and reporting requirements of N.J.S.A. 9:6-8.8 et seq. and is directed toward or against a child or student, regardless of the age of the child or student.

  • Family child care home means a private home in which 1 but fewer than 7 minor children are received for care and supervision for compensation for periods of less than 24 hours a day, unattended by a parent or legal guardian, except children related to an adult member of the household by blood, marriage, or adoption.
