Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-10-102 (1) (B): "Child with disabilities" means a child with intellectual disability, hearing impairments, including deafness, speech or language impairments, visual impairments, including blindness, emotional disturbance, orthopedic impairments, autism, traumatic brain injury, other health impairments, specific learning disability, developmental delay, functional delay and the intellectually gifted.
Child with disabilities: Homeless household for at least 12 months with score of 9 or above for families, but household member with disabilities is a child.
