Chip Card definition

Chip Card means a Card with an electronic processor embedded in the Card that complies with the EMV integrated circuit card specifications;
Chip Card means a Card that contains a chip on which data is stored (including Cardmember Information), which an enabled point of sale terminal can read in order to facilitate the processing of the Charge.
Chip Card or “Chip Cards” means a Card which has a chip embedded in it and which is driven by a PIN;

Chip Card means a Card with an embedded EMV-compliant chip containing memory and interactive capabilities used to identify and store additional data about a Cardholder, account information or both.

Digital Order occurs when a Charge is taken via a website payment page, over the internet, e-mail or other digital network in payment for goods and services. This includes Internet Charges and Application Initiated Charges.
