Examples of CHR Parties in a sentence

  • Each of the CHR Parties agrees that any Electronic Signature on or associated with any Communication shall be valid and binding on each of the CHR Parties to the same extent as a manual, original signature, and that any Communication entered into by Electronic Signature, will constitute the legal, valid and binding obligation of each of the CHR Parties enforceable against such in accordance with the terms thereof to the same extent as if a manually executed original signature was delivered.

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.

  • Parent Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Note Parties means, collectively, the Issuer and each Guarantor.
