CID Information definition

CID Information means the client identity information (such as the identity, address, occupation and contact details of the ultimate beneficiary, and the person or entity originating or ultimately responsible for originating the instruction for, or the person that stands to gain the commercial or economic benefit or bear the commercial or economic risks of, a transaction);

  • Background Information means various types of information provided by the Sponsors and is defined in RFP Section 2.4(1)(b);

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Classified Information means information that is classified as Restricted Data or Formerly Restricted Data under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, or information determined to require protection against unauthorized disclosure under Executive Order 12958, Classified National Security Information, as amended, or prior executive orders, which is identified as National Security Information.
