Circumvention Instructions definition

Circumvention Instructions means instructions developed by the Contractor, which enable the Authority temporarily to operate the Software in accordance with the Published Specification notwithstanding the presence of Critical Fault and/or a Material Fault.

  • Noncompetition Agreement has the meaning stated in Section 2.1.
