Examples of CiteRight Services in a sentence

  • Customer shall not, and shall not permit any other Person to, access or use the CiteRight Services or CiteRight Materials except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

  • Each Party shall, throughout the Term, maintain within its organization a service manager to serve as such Party’s primary point of contact for day-to-day communications, consultation and decision- making regarding the CiteRight Services (each, a “Service Manager”).

  • No requested changes will be effective unless and until memorialized in a written change order signed by both Parties, except that Customer may increase or decrease the number of Authorized Users for any CiteRight Services without a written change order.

  • The Recovery Point Objective (RPO) for the CiteRight Services is 4 hours and the Recovery Time Objective (RTO) for the CiteRight Services is 8 hours.

  • Customer Data in transit to and from the CiteRight Services is transferred to/from the CiteRight Services across encrypted network connections and/or protocols (i.e., HTTPS and/or VPN).

  • Without limiting the foregoing, either Party may, at any time during the Term, request in writing changes to the CiteRight Services.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all CiteRight Services, including all Processing of Customer Data by or on behalf of CiteRight, shall be provided by CiteRight solely from within, and on computers, systems, networks and other infrastructure located in Canada.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that it has no right, license or authorization with respect to any of the CiteRight Services, CiteRight Materials or Third-Party Materials (including any IP Rights therein) except as expressly set forth in Section 3.1 or the applicable third-party license, in each case subject to Section 3.2. All other rights in and to the CiteRight Services, CiteRight Materials and Third-Party Materials are expressly reserved by CiteRight and the respective third-party licensors.

  • CiteRight encrypts Customer Data at rest within the CiteRight Services using ciphers at least as strong as 256-bit AES.

  • CiteRight will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the CiteRight Services available for access and use by Customer and its Authorized Users (“Available”) at least 99.9% of the time as measured over the course of each calendar month during the Term, excluding unavailability of the CiteRight Services due to Scheduled Downtime (as defined below) or any of the Exceptions (as defined below).

Related to CiteRight Services

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Direct services means special education services provided by a special education teacher when the services are related to instruction, including cooperative teaching.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • audit services means the professional services rendered by the Corporation’s external auditor for the audit and review of the Corporation’s financial statements or services that are normally provided by the external auditor in connection with statutory and regulatory filings or engagements;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Indirect services means special education services provided by a special education teacher which include ongoing progress reviews; cooperative planning; consultation; demonstration teaching; modification and adaptation of the environment, curriculum, materials, or equipment; and direct contact with children with disabilities to monitor and observe.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.
