  • Accordingly, you may only use the CiteRight Services to download any material, other than Customer Data, that you save or otherwise interact with using the CiteRight Services, including, without limitation, case law, research materials, and websites (“Third Party Content”) if you have the right to do so.

  • At our request and in accordance with our reasonable instructions, you will promptly delete and not use the CiteRight Services to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re- use any Content that is found to violate any such pre-existing relationship between you and the original source of the Third Party Content.

  • You acknowledge your responsibility to obtain all necessary consents and permissions to utilize the CiteRight Services with third-party materials and to adhere to all applicable intellectual property laws with regards to capturing, storing and copying any copyrighted materials using the Software.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Jurisage makes no condition or warranty of any kind that the CiteRight Services or CiteRight Materials, or any products or results of the use thereof, will (a) meet customer’s or any other person’s requirements; (b) operate without interruption; (c) achieve any intended result; (d) be compatible or work with any software, system or other services; or (e) be secure, accurate, complete, free of harmful code or error free.

  • The Recovery Point Objective (RPO) for the CiteRight Services is 4 hours and the Recovery Time Objective (RTO) for the CiteRight Services is 8 hours.

  • Jurisage will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the CiteRight Services available for access and use by Customer and its Authorized Users (“Available”) at least 99.9% of the time as measured over the course of each calendar month during the Term, excluding unavailability of the CiteRight Services due to Scheduled Downtime (as defined below) or any of the Exceptions (as defined below).

  • No requested changes will be effective unless and until memorialized in a written change order signed by both Parties, except that Customer may increase or decrease the number of Authorized Users for any CiteRight Services without a written change order.

Related to CiteRight Services

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Direct services means the services offered by Us from time to time that let You access the Account using an Access Terminal. However, Direct Services do not include card services such as Debit Cards including those provided by a Third Party.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.
