Arrangement Resolution means the special resolution of the Company Shareholders approving this Plan of Arrangement to be considered at the Company Meeting.
Master Resolution means the Amended and Restated Master Resolution Establishing The University of Texas System Revenue Financing System adopted by the Board on February 14, 1991, as amended on October 8, 1993, and August 14, 1997.
Special Resolution means a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the votes cast on that resolution.
Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.
Supplemental Resolution means any resolution or resolutions of the Trust amending, modifying or supplementing this Bond Resolution, authorizing the issuance of a Series of Refunding Bonds, or any other Supplemental Resolution adopted by the Trust pursuant to the provisions of this Bond Resolution.
Initial Resolution Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
Resolution shall have the meaning specified in Section 8(E).
Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.
Space Plan means the space plan to be prepared by Tenant in accordance with paragraph 2 below and approved by Landlord and Tenant, and showing the general configuration of the Tenant Improvements.
Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
Special Resolution Regime means each of (i) the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder and (ii) Title II of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
U.S. Special Resolution Regime means each of (i) the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder and (ii) Title II of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
U.S. Special Resolution Regimes has the meaning specified in Section 11.21.
Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.
Environmental impact statement means a detailed written statement as required by section 102(2)(C) of the Act.

Environmental Impact Assessment means a systematic examination conducted to determine whether or not a programme, activity or project will have any adverse impacts on the environment;
Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.
Informal resolution means options for resolving a formal complaint that do not involve a full investigation and adjudication. Informal resolution may encompass a broad range of conflict resolution strategies, including mediation or restorative justice.
Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.
Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.
Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.
CEQA means the California Environmental Quality Act (Cal. Public Resources Code Sections 21000 et seq.) and the State CEQA Guidelines (Cal. Code of Regs., Title 14, Sections 15000 et seq.).
Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:
Series Resolution means a resolution of the Corporation authorizing the issuance of a Series of Bonds in accordance with the terms and provisions of the General Trust Indenture, adopted by the Corporation in accordance with Section 204 of the General Trust Indenture.
