Developer acknowledges that the City Administrative Fee will not be accessible for use by the City until the effective date of Project Plan 1.
All disbursements from the Tax Increment Fund shall be made only to pay Redevelopment Project Costs and the City Administrative Fee provided in Section 7.02.
