Security Assets definition

Security Assets means all assets of the Chargor the subject of any security created by this Deed.
Security Assets means any asset which is the subject of a Security Interest created by a Security Document.
Security Assets means the Shares and the Related Rights.

More Definitions of Security Assets

Security Assets means all of the assets of the Transaction Obligors which from time to time are, or are expressed to be, the subject of the Transaction Security.
Security Assets or “Mortgaged Property” as defined in any applicable Security Document and all other property that is subject to Liens in favor of the Agent under the terms of the Security Documents.
