Security Assets definition

Security Assets means all of the assets of the Transaction Obligors which from time to time are, or are expressed to be, the subject of the Transaction Security.
Security Assets means any asset which is the subject of a Security Interest created by a Security Document.

Examples of Security Assets in a sentence

  • The Security Agent shall be entitled to accept without enquiry, and shall not be obliged to investigate, any right and title that any Transaction Obligor may have to any of the Security Assets and shall not be liable for or bound to require any Transaction Obligor to remedy any defect in its right or title.

  • The Bond Trustee and the Security Trustee are each exempted from any liability in respect of any loss, diminution in value or theft of all or any part of the Security Assets, from any obligation to insure all or any part of the Security Assets (including, in either such case, any documents evidencing, constituting or representing the same or transferring any rights, benefits and/or obligations thereunder), or to procure the same to be insured.

  • The Security Trustee shall not nor shall any Receiver appointed as aforesaid by reason of it or the Receiver entering into possession of the Security Assets or any part thereof be liable to account as mortgagee in possession or be liable for any loss on realisation or for any default or omission for which a mortgagee in possession might be liable.

  • If at any time there is more than one Receiver of all or any part of the Security Assets and/or the income of the Security Assets, each Receiver shall have power to act individually (unless otherwise stated in the appointment document).

  • A Receiver may take immediate possession of, get in and collect any Security Assets.


More Definitions of Security Assets

Security Assets means all assets of the Chargor the subject of any security created by this Deed.
Security Assets means the Shares and the Related Rights.
