City Financing Documents definition

City Financing Documents means, collectively, the Capital Lease, the Ground Lease, the SNDA and each other document executed and delivered by the City at the time of Closing.
City Financing Documents is defined in Section 3.2(E). "City Funds Availability Date" is defined in Section 3.2(E).
City Financing Documents means the Site Lease, the Project Lease, and the indenture for the City Financing. For the avoidance of doubt, "City Financing Documents" will include any and all amendments to the foregoing Site Lease, Project Lease, and indenture that are made in connection with refinancing of the 1997 Bonds pursuant to Section 1.2(B)(3) of the Comprehensive Agreement (notwithstanding that such refinancing is expressly excluded from the foregoing definition of City Financing).

Related to City Financing Documents

  • Debt Financing Documents means the agreements, documents and certificates contemplated by the Financing, including all credit agreements, loan documents, purchase agreements, underwriting agreements, indentures, debentures and notes pursuant to which the Financing will be governed or contemplated by the Debt Commitment Letter.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.
