City Indenture definition

City Indenture means a Trust Indenture between the Authority and the Trustee, pursuant to which City Bonds will be issued and funds disbursed pursuant to a disbursement schedule which shall be reasonably approved by the City, as from time to time amended and supplemented in accordance with the provisions thereof.
City Indenture means that certain Trust Indenture dated May 1, 2008, between the City and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A, in its capacity as trustee thereunder, pursuant to which the Series 2008 Warrants were issued.
City Indenture means the Indenture of Trust, dated as of April 1, 2005, by and between the City and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, and any indenture supplemental thereto or amendatory thereof, pursuant to which the City of Petersburg Bonds and certain other bonds are issued and secured. "City of Petersburg Bonds" means the $41,850,000 City of Petersburg, Indiana Pollution Control Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2005A (Indianapolis Power & Light Company Project) issued under and pursuant to the City Indenture.
