City Network definition

City Network means, for any City designated in Attachment 1 of Exhibit B (SOW), the terrestrial repeater network to be designed, constructed and implemented at various Sites in such City in accordance with this Contract.
City Network means fiber optic lines, connection lines and related improvements acquired and constructed by UIA together with the acquisition by UIA of access rights and capacity in the UIA Network and UTOPIA Network and access rights and capacity in other networks within the Town or for the benefit of the Town.
City Network means the City of Madison’s collection of computers and other hardware and software interconnected by communication devices that allows for the sharing of resources and information by employees of the City of Madison and its Affiliates.

  • If the Association wishes to install any Association-owned software on City or Park Board computers, it must first obtain the prior written approval of the Park Board and, if such software will connect to the City Network, the prior approval of the City IT department.

  • In the event the Repeater Acceptance Test Report sets forth that the City Network fails to meet the Repeater Acceptance Test Criteria set forth above, the Parties shall proceed to correct the City Network in accordance with Article 8.1 (c) of the Contract (as if Owner had delivered to Contractor an undisputed Notice of Defects).

  • In the course of performing Site Acquisition Services, Contractor shall, as an initial matter, identify three candidates for Normal-Area Sites, up to two candidates for Medium-Area Sites and one candidate for Wide-Area Sites (as those sites are defined in Exhibit C) (provided that Contractor may use only one candidate Site when it meets Owner's requirements from the outset) within each Search Ring identified in the Preliminary City Network Design.

  • When all required Site Acquisition Services, Zoning and Regulatory Compliance have been completed, Contractor shall revise the Revised City Network Design to reflect the result of such services.

  • Contractor shall revise the Build-To City Network Design as directed by Owner and resubmit the same to Owner for review and written approval or direction by Owner in accordance with this Section.

  • Owner shall provide Contractor notice of its acceptance of the City Network or Notice of Defects thereof in accordance with Article 8 of the Terms and Conditions.

  • Payment for a City Network shall constitute a waiver of all claims for payment by Contractor in respect of such City Network, except those claims previously made in writing and identified as unsettled at the time of submission of the invoice for such Final Payment.


More Definitions of City Network

City Network means the IProvo fiber optic network owned and operated by the City. IProvo fiber optic network includes associated plant, wiring, fiber, required patch panels, telephony blocks, etc.
City Network means any network operated by the City to link computers to centralized servers for storage and access of data, including VLANs.

City Network means City-owned fiber optic facilities and City-Dedicated Fiber and all Ancillary Facilities and Related Fixtures associated therewith.

Related to City Network

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, generally used in large, densely populated metropolitan areas.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.
