Indoor Facilities means the indoor pools, arenas, community centres, theatres, multi-purpose rooms, schools and gymnasiums owned by or under the control of the Parties and set out in Schedules “B” and “C” attached hereto;
Indoor Facilities means those Improvements comprised of all indoor tennis courts, open space for workouts, offices, restrooms, locker rooms, showers, workout rooms, lounge areas, any retail tennis shops, vending machine areas, classrooms, dining areas, and all other rooms and spaces in the indoor tennis court building constructed by Tenant as part of the Tennis Facility, and all appurtenances to said Indoor Facilities, but excluding any such facilities to be installed within the Stadium, if constructed.

More Definitions of Indoor Facilities

Indoor Facilities means the buildings located on the lands, which buildings are owned by all of the parties to this Agreement and which include the joint and common use areas as defined in this Agreement;

Related to Indoor Facilities

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Senior Facilities means the Credit Agreement and any Additional Senior Debt Facilities.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Major facility means any facility or activity classified as such by the regional administrator in conjunction with the board.

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Pollution control facilities means water and air pollution control equipment and solid waste disposal facilities or any of them.
