Claim Deficiency Notice means the notice sent by the Distribution Agent to Potentially Eligible Claimants whose claims are deficient in one or more ways (e.g., failure to provide required information or documentation). The Claim Deficiency Notice shall advise the Potentially Eligible Claimant of the reason(s) for the deficiency and provide the opportunity to cure such deficiency. A Claim Deficiency Notice shall be provided no later than sixty (60) days after the Claims Bar Date.
