Claim Deficiency Notice definition

Claim Deficiency Notice means the notice sent by the Claims Administrator to a Claimant whose Claim Form is deficient in one or more ways such as, for example, failure to provide required information or documentation.
Claim Deficiency Notice means the notice sent by the Distribution Agent to Potentially Eligible Claimants whose claims are deficient in one or more ways (e.g., failure to provide required information or documentation).
