Claim Determination Date definition

Claim Determination Date has the meaning provided in Section 8.5.
Claim Determination Date shall have the meaning specified in Article 7.3. of this Policy.
Claim Determination Date means the date on or before which the Fund Plan Administrator is to reach its determination concerning the validity and amount of each claim.
