Claiming Settlement Class Member means a Settlement Class Member who submits a valid and timely Claim Form.

  • The Claims Administrator shall provide each Claiming Settlement Class Member with appropriate documentation setting forth the amount of any tax or other payment withheld, and employer contribution made, in accordance with State and Federal tax requirements.

  • Within ninety (90) days of the mailing of the checks from the Automatic Payment Fund, the Settlement Administrator shall mail equal payments out of the Claims Fund to each Claiming Settlement Class Member.
