Claims Program definition

Claims Program means the program through which Class Members may file
Claims Program means the program through which Settlement Class Members may file Claims and, if eligible, obtain benefits under this Settlement Agreement, as described in Section IV.
Claims Program means the program set forth in Article VI and Article VII for the purpose of awarding Claims Program Awards, including any extension of that program pursuant to Article XIII. The Claims Program will be implemented by the Settlement Administrator and Claims Administrator as provided in Section 14.5.

Claims Program means the program through which Bosch Settlement Class Members may submit Claims and, if eligible, obtain benefits under this Settlement Agreement.
