Class 2 Error definition

Class 2 Error is any Error that is not a Class 1 Error.
Class 2 Error is any material nonconformance of the Services with its specifications, documentation or the applicable Exhibit A that is not a Class 1 Error.
Class 2 Error. Renders a significant function of the Localized System unusable or the use thereof commercially unfeasible.

Examples of Class 2 Error in a sentence

  • If Licensor has not diagnosed and corrected a Class 1 or Class 2 Error on the same day as Licensee's initial telephone call, Licensee shall submit to Licensor a listing of output and such other data as Licensor may request and is reasonably available to Licensee in order to reproduce operating conditions similar to those present when Licensee detected such Error.

  • If DMS provides Intersections with a workaround for a Class 1 Error, such Error will be re-classified as a Class 2 Error.

  • If DMS is unable to reproduce a Class 1 Error or Class 2 Error, the parties will work in good faith to correct such Error on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.

  • For any Class 1 Error or Class 2 Error, Intersections shall provide DMS sufficient documentation to enable DMS to reproduce the Error and DMS shall then take all reasonably necessary steps to supply a correction to Intersections as soon as practicable.

  • Upon detecting or being notified of a Class 1 Error or Class 2 Error, DMS shall assemble the appropriate personnel to analyze the problem, identify potential solutions and determine the best plan of action (which may include providing a temporary work-around until a permanent correction can be provided).

  • If Licensor has not diagnosed and corrected a Class 1 or Class 2 Error on the same day as Lilly's initial telephone call, Lilly shall submit to Licensor a listing of output and such other data as Licensor may request and is reasonably available to Lilly in order to reproduce operating conditions similar to those present when Lilly detected such Error.

  • An Error is a Class 2 Error if the Software is still usable for its intended purpose, but such use is seriously inconvenient and the value to Bank of America of the use of the Software is substantially reduced.

  • Without limitation of Supplier’s obligations above, Bank of America may fall back, at its option, to any previous version or release of the Software in which a Class 1 or Class 2 Error does not occur or can be worked around, and Supplier shall provide Maintenance Services at no charge, with respect to that version until Supplier provides a Correction.

  • Similarly, a client uses an integration view to con- sume needed resources in a form acceptable for his or her applications.

  • If Supplier provides WellPoint with an acceptable workaround for a Class 1 Error, such Error will be re-classified as a Class 2 Error.


More Definitions of Class 2 Error

Class 2 Error. Any material non-conformance of the Application(s) with its specifications or documentation that is not a Class 1 Error.
Class 2 Error means any condition where any of the Games that should be operating as set forth in the Agreement are not operating according to specifications for that particular Game (e.g. one or more of the services are down, such that FSE is experiencing degraded performance).

  • Class X-B Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-B Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • CLASS Features means certain CCIS-based features available to Customers, including: Automatic Call Back; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Class 3 means, at any time, all Class 3 Loans at such time.

  • Class 2 A-1 and Class 2-A-2 Certificates. Group 2 Certificates................... Group 2 Senior Certificates and the portions of the Subordinated Certificates related to Loan Group 2.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Class C Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class B Pass-Through Rate As to any Distribution Date, 6.500% per annum.

  • Class size means the maximum number of students who can receive instruction together in a special class or resource room program and the number of teachers and supplementary school personnel assigned to the class.

  • Class S designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class Coupon The Class Coupon on each Class of Notes for any Accrual Period will be as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.
