Class A-1 Bond definition

Class A-1 Bond. Any of the Bonds with a "Class A-1" designation on the face thereof, executed by the Issuer and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached to the Indenture.
Class A-1 Bond. Any of the Bonds issued hereunder and designated as such.

Examples of Class A-1 Bond in a sentence

  • All terms used in this Class A-1 Bond that are defined in the Indenture shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Indenture.

  • This Class A-1 Bond does not purport to summarize the Indenture and reference is made to the Indenture for information with respect to the interests, rights, benefits, obligations, proceeds, and duties evidenced hereby.

  • Any reduction in the principal amount of this Class A-1 Bond (or any one or more Predecessor Bonds) effected by any payments made on any Payment Date shall be binding upon all future Holders of this Class A-1 Bond and of any Bond issued upon the registration of transfer hereof or in exchange hereof or in lieu hereof, whether or not noted hereon.

  • Such checks shall be mailed to the Person entitled thereto at the address of such Person as it appears on the Register as of the applicable Record Date without requiring that this Class A-1 Bond be submitted for notation of payment.

  • All payments made by the Issuer with respect to this Class A-1 Bond shall be applied first to interest due and payable on this Class A-1 Bond as provided above and then to the unpaid principal of this Class A-1 Bond, all in the manner set forth in Section 8.02 of the Indenture.

  • As provided in the Indenture and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, the transfer of this Class A-1 Bond may be registered on the Bond Register of the Issuer.

  • The Deferred Loss Amount allocated to the Class A1 Bond is reduced from $80 to $30 (L1), reflecting the receipt by the Class A1 bond of $60 Intrinsic Principal and the reduction of its undercollateralization.

  • GeneralAPPLICATION OF FUNDS ON NOTE PAYMENT DATES The Note Issuer, as Bondholder, will receive payments in Singapore dollars on the Class A2 Bond into the Note Issuer A2 Account and on the Class A1 Bond into the Note Issuer A1 Account on each Bond Payment Date.

Related to Class A-1 Bond

  • Class A-1 Note means any of the 0.23000% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-1, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.

  • Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class A-2 Note means any of the 0.36% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑2, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-2.

  • Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-2a Notes means the $359,000,000 Class A-2a 5.14% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class A-1 Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-1 Note is registered on the Note Register.

  • Class A-1 Note Rate means, (i) with respect to the initial Series 2003-2 Interest Period, 1.32% per annum and (ii) with respect to each Series 2003-2 Interest Period thereafter, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for such Series 2003-2 Interest Period plus 0.20% per annum.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A-1 Noteholders Interest Carryover Shortfall” means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess of the Class A-1 Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for the preceding Payment Date and any outstanding Class A-1 Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Payment Date, over the amount in respect of interest that is actually paid to Holders of Class A-1 Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Holders of Class A-1 Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class A-1 Interest Rate for the related Interest Period.

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.49% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class A-1 Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a 360-day year).

  • Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.

  • Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.

  • Class A-1 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 hereto.

  • Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • Class A-2 Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-2 Note is registered on the Note Register.

  • Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.

  • Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".

  • Class A-2B Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2B."

  • Class A-1 Current Interest As of any Distribution Date, the interest accrued during the related Accrual Period at the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate on the Class A-1 Certificate Principal Balance as of such Distribution Date plus the portion of any previous distributions on such Class in respect of Current Interest or a Class A-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount that is recovered as a voidable preference by a trustee in bankruptcy, less any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated on such Distribution Date to the Class A-1 Certificates.
