GROUP II. All applicants for employment who have experience in the trade and who have passed an examination pertaining to their classification given by a duly constituted Outside Construction Local Union of the IBEW.

All applicants for employment who have four (4) or more years’ experience in the trade and who have passed a Journeyman Xxxxxxx'x examination given by a duly constituted Inside Construction Local Union of the IBEW or have been certified as a Journeyman Xxxxxxx by any Inside Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee.
GROUP II. All applicants for employment, who have experience in the trade, are residents of the normal construction labor market area and who have been employed in the normal construction labor market area for at least six (6) months in the last three (3) years in the geographical area covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

All applicants for employment who have four (4) or more years’ 37 experience in the trade and who have passed a Journeyman Xxxxxxx’x 38 examination given by a duly constituted Inside Construction Local Union of 39 the I.B.E.W. or have been certified as a Journeyman Xxxxxxx by any Inside 40 Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. 1 GROUP III. All applicants for employment who have two (2) or more years’ 2 experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting 3 the normal construction labor market and who have been employed for at 4 least six (6) months in the last three (3) years in the geographical area 5 covered by the collective bargaining agreement.

All applicants for employment who have three and one-half (3-1/2) or more years’ experience in the trade and who have passed a Journeyman Lineman’s examination given by a duly constituted Outside Local Union of the IBEW or have been certified as a Journeyman Lineman by any Outside Areas Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee.
