Class A-4 Notional Amount definition

Class A-4 Notional Amount. For any Distribution Date and the Class A-4 Certificates, the Class Principal Balance of the Class A-3 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Class A-4 Notional Amount. For any Distribution Date, the Class A-3 Principal Balance immediately before that Distribution Date.
Class A-4 Notional Amount means, as determined on each Deposit Date, the Class A-4 Note Balance as of close of business on the preceding Distribution Date, provided, however, with respect to the first Deposit Date, the Class A-4 Notional Amount will be equal to the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance.

Class A-4 Notional Amount. As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class A Subclass Principal Balance of the Class A-3 Certificates.
