Class A Special Shares definition

Class A Special Shares means the Class A special shares in the capital of Concordia to be issued to GSO having the rights and terms as contemplated by the Governance Terms;
Class A Special Shares means the Class A Special Shares in the capital of the Company.

More Definitions of Class A Special Shares

Class A Special Shares issuable upon conversion of the Preferred Shares (collectively, the “Conversion Shares”) and to consummate the Amalgamation.
