Class B-2 Shares definition

Class B-2 Shares shall refer to and include the securities received or resulting therefrom, but only to the extent such securities are received in exchange for or in respect of Class A Shares, Class B-1 Shares and Class B-2 Shares, as applicable.
Class B-2 Shares means shares of the Class B-2 Common Stock of the Company and any equity securities issued or issuable in exchange for or with respect to such Class B-2 Shares by way of a dividend, split or combination of shares or in connection with a reclassification, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization.
Class B-2 Shares means the class B-2 shares issuable by the Company upon the exercise of the Brava Warrants.

  • The payments to the Company under the Master Distribution Plan for Class B or Class B2 Shares, as applicable, pursuant to the foregoing may be reduced or eliminated by action of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, effective upon notice to the Company of such action.
