Class B Collateral definition

Class B Collateral means the types of securities shown on Schedule 1.1 under the heading “Class B Collateral” which (a) have the required rating as set forth on Schedule 1.1, (b) are capable of being marked to market on a daily basis, (c) are held in the Collateral Account and (d) are denominated in Dollars or Pounds.
Class B Collateral means (a) any and all "Collateral" as defined in any applicable Class B Security Document and (b) any and all other assets of whatever nature, tangible or intangible, now owned or existing or hereafter acquired or arising in which the Collateral Agent has been granted a Lien or security interest, or that have been assigned to the Collateral Agent, to secure any Class B Obligations pursuant to any Class B Security Document.

More Definitions of Class B Collateral

Class B Collateral means, at any time, (i) shares of capital stock of or other equity interests in Domestic Subsidiaries that own Principal Properties at such time, (ii) subject to Section 6, all payments of principal or interest, dividends, cash, instruments and other property from time to time received, receivable or otherwise distributed in respect of, in exchange for or upon the conversion of the capital stock or equity interests referred to in clause (i) above, (iii) subject to Section 6, all rights and privileges of the Pledgor with respect to the securities and other property referred to in clauses (i) and (ii) above; and (iv) all proceeds of any of the foregoing.

  • Class A Cash Collateral Account means, in respect of the Class A Liquidity Facility, an Eligible Deposit Account in the name of the Subordination Agent maintained at an Eligible Institution, which shall be the Subordination Agent if it so qualifies, into which amounts shall be deposited as referred to in Section 3.05(f).
