Principal Properties definition

Principal Properties means each acute care hospital providing general medical and surgical services (excluding equipment, personal property and hospitals that primarily provide specialty medical services, such as psychiatric and obstetrical and gynecological services) owned solely by the Parent Borrower and/or one or more of its Subsidiaries (as defined in the 1993 Indenture as in effect on the Original Closing Date) and located in the United States of America for so long as the 1993 Indenture is in effect and such acute care hospital is a “Principal Property” under the 1993 Indenture.
Principal Properties means each radio broadcasting, television broadcasting or outdoor advertising property located in the United States owned or leased by the Parent Borrower or any Subsidiary (as defined in the Retained Existing Notes Indenture) that is a “Principal Property” under (and as defined in and determined in accordance with) the Retained Existing Notes Indenture.
Principal Properties means (i) the approximately 800 megawatt (net load), lignite coal-fired, power generation facility, excluding mining properties, known as “Oak Grove Unit 1”, being operated and owned by Oak Grove Management Company LLC in Xxxxxxxxx County, Texas; (ii) the approximately 800 megawatt (net load), lignite coal-fired, power generation facility, excluding mining properties, known as “Oak Grove Unit 2”, being operated and owned by Oak Grove Management Company LLC in Xxxxxxxxx County, Texas; (iii) the approximately 1,150 megawatt (net load) nuclear fueled power generation facility known as “Comanche Peak Unit 1” being operated and owned by Luminant Generation Company LLC in Somervell County and Hood County, Texas; (v) the approximately 1,792 megawatt (nominal nameplate) natural gas-fired combined-cycle electric generating plant known as the “Forney Energy Center” being operated and owned by Luminant Holding Company LLC in Forney, Texas; (vi) the approximately 580 megawatt (net load), lignite coal fired, circulating fluidized bed power generation facility, excluding mining properties, known as “Sandow Unit 5” being operated and owned by Sandow Power Company LLC in Xxxxx County, Texas; and (vii) the approximately 1,000 megawatt (nominal nameplate) natural gas-fired combined-cycle electric generating plant known as the “Xxxxx Energy Center” being operated and owned by Luminant Holding Company LLC in Paris, Texas.

More Definitions of Principal Properties

Principal Properties shall have the meaning given such term by the Security Agreement.
Principal Properties means, collectively, (1) the Partnership’s nitrogen fertilizer plant located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Coffeyville, Kansas and (2) CVR Nitrogen, LP’s nitrogen fertilizer plant located at 00000 X.X. Xxxxx 00 Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx.
Principal Properties means (a) (i) the Borrower's refinery located at Lake Charles Louisiana, (ii) CRCCLP's refinery located at Corpus Christi, Texas and (iii) PDVMR's refinery located at Lemont, Illinois, and (b) any refinery property acquired by the Borrower or a Subsidiary in replacement of, or swap for, any of the foregoing properties.
Principal Properties as defined in the Indenture.
Principal Properties shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Principal Properties means any other properties of the Issuer in respect of which 20% or more of the available funds will be spe nt in the next 18 months.
