More Definitions of Class B Managers

Class B Managers as set forth in Section 2.01.
Class B Managers. ’ means the Managers appointed by either the Warrant Holder or the Class B Limited Partner(s) pursuant to Section 5(b)(ii) hereof.
Class B Managers means the managers of the Company, or a Subsidiary, designated as Class B Managers by the Chief Executive Officer.
Class B Managers when used in reference to members of the Board of Managers shall have the meanings set forth in Section 6.1(a) hereof.

Related to Class B Managers

  • Class B Members means any Persons to whom Class B Membership Units are issued, and any assignee or transferee of such Persons permitted under the terms of this Agreement, and any other Person admitted to the Company in the future as a Class B Member pursuant to the terms hereof. The names of the Class B Members, and the Percentage Interests allocated to each such Class B Member, shall be reflected in the books and records of the Company.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Class A Limited Partner means EPCO Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its successors and assigns.

A Class B operator typically monitors, maintains and ensures that release detection methods, record-keeping, and reporting requirements are met; release prevention equipment, record-keeping, and reporting requirements are met; all relevant equipment complies with performance standards; and appropriate individuals are trained to properly respond to emergencies caused by releases and spills.

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.

  • Unitholders means the holders of Units.

  • Class A operator means the individual who has primary responsibility to operate and maintain the UST system in accordance with applicable requirements. The Class A operator typically manages resources and personnel, such as establishing work assignments, to achieve and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements under this chapter.

  • Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Majority in Interest of the Limited Partners means Limited Partners (other than the General Partner and any Limited Partner 50% or more of whose equity is owned, directly or indirectly, by the General Partner) holding Percentage Interests that in the aggregate are greater than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate Percentage Interests of all Limited Partners (other than the General Partner and any Limited Partner 50% or more of whose equity is owned, directly or indirectly, by the General Partner).

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Joint Lead Managers means, together, (i) the Joint Lead Managers for the Hong Kong Branch USD Notes, (ii) the Joint Lead Managers for the HKD Notes, (iii) the Joint Lead Managers for the EUR Notes,

  • Managing Member means CEF Equipment Holding, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company or any successor Managing Member under the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement.

  • Canadian Investment Manager designation means the designation earned through the Canadian investment manager program prepared and administered by CSI Global Education Inc. and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;

  • Preferred Directors means the Series A Directors and the Series B Directors.

  • Preferred Member means a Member holding Preferred Units.
