Class B Outstanding Principal Amount definition

Class B Outstanding Principal Amount means, when used with respect to any Business Day, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Invested Amount minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to Class B Securityholders prior to such Business Day.
Class B Outstanding Principal Amount equals the aggregate initial outstanding principal amount of the Class B Notes, minus any principal payments made to holders of the Class B Notes.
Class B Outstanding Principal Amount means, with respect to the Class B Securities, when used with respect to any Business Day, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Invested Amount MINUS (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class B Securityholders on or prior to such Business Day.
