Class C Note Owner definition

Class C Note Owner with respect to a Book-Entry Class C Note, the Person who is the beneficial owner of such Book-Entry Class C Note, as reflected on the books of the Clearing Agency, or on the books of a Person maintaining an account with such Clearing Agency (directly or as an indirect participant, in accordance with the rules of such Clearing Agency).
Class C Note Owner means, with respect to any Class C Note that is a Class C Global Note, any Person who is a beneficial owner of an interest in such Class C Global Note, as reflected on the books of DTC, or on the books of a Person maintaining an account with DTC (directly as a Clearing Agency Participant or as an indirect participant, in each case in accordance with the rules of DTC).
Class C Note Owner means, with respect to a Series 2018-1 Global Note that is a Class C Note, the Person who is the beneficial owner of an interest in such Series 2018-1 Global Note, as reflected on the books of DTC, or on the books of a Person maintaining an account with DTC (directly as a Clearing Agency Participant or as an indirect participant, in each case in accordance with the rules of DTC).

  • Class A-4 Note means any of the [____]% Asset Backed Notes, Class [A-4], issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class A-4 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-4 Notes.
