Class C Usage of Class D Notes definition

Class C Usage of Class D Notes means, with respect to any Tranche of Class C Notes for any Distribution Date, an amount not to exceed the Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes for such Tranche of Class C Notes, determined in accordance with Section 3.02.
Class C Usage of Class D Notes. For each Tranche of Class C Notes, the Class C Usage of Class D Notes shall decrease, and the Class C Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes shall increase, by an amount equal to:

Examples of Class C Usage of Class D Notes in a sentence

  • For each Tranche of Class C Notes, the Class C Usage of Class D Notes shall be zero and the Class C Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes shall be equal to the Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes for such Tranche.

  • For each Tranche of Class C Notes, the Class C Usage of Class D Notes shall increase, and the Class C Available Subordinated Amount of Class D shall decrease (each determined after giving effect to step (24) of this Subordination Waterfall), by an amount equal to the Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit for such Tranche reallocated from such Tranche to each Tranche of Class D Notes pursuant to step (48) of the Cash Flows.

  • For each Tranche of Class C Notes, the Class C Usage of Class D Notes shall increase, and the Class C Available Subordinated Amount of Class D shall decrease (each determined after giving effect to step (18) of this Subordination Waterfall), by an amount equal to the portion of the Class D Principal Allocation applied to the Class C Tranche Interest Allocation Shortfall for such Tranche pursuant to step (40) of the Cash Flows.

  • For each Tranche of Class C Notes, the Class C Usage of Class D Notes shall increase, and the Class C Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes shall decrease (each determined after giving effect to step (12) of this Subordination Waterfall), by an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Unreimbursed Series Charge-offs reallocated from such Tranche to each Tranche of Class D Notes pursuant to step of the Cash Flows.

  • For each Tranche of Class C Notes, the Class C Usage of Class D Notes shall increase, and the Class C Available Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes shall decrease (each determined after giving effect to step (12) of this Subordination Waterfall), by an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Unreimbursed Series Charge-offs reallocated from such Tranche to each Tranche of Class D Notes pursuant to step (34) of the Cash Flows.

  • Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Initial Class D Note Balance means $142,370,000.

  • Class D Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class D Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class D Notes.

  • Initial Class C Note Balance means $152,941,000.

  • Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class C Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class C Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class C Notes.

  • Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.

  • Class A-4 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Accrued Class D Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class D Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class D Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Accrued Class C Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class C Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.

  • Class A-3 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-3 Notes.

  • Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.

  • Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.

  • Class C Note Rate means 3.48% per annum.

  • Initial Class B Note Balance means $129,750,000.

  • Class B Notes means the Class B 5.03% Asset-Backed Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Indenture.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class A-1 Note means any of the 0.23000% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-1, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class D Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the Class A Principal Balance less the Principal Balance of the Class A-PO Certificates.
