Class I Asset Requirement definition

Class I Asset Requirement means the requirement that, as of any date of calculation, the sum of:
Class I Asset Requirement means, with respect to a Series of Bonds, the requirement that, as of any date of calculation, the sum of (a) amounts held in the Related subaccount of the Acquisition Account, Class I Debt Service Fund (to the extent such amounts are required to be used to pay principal of the Related Bonds), the Related subaccount of the Redemption Fund (to the extent such amounts are required to be used to redeem Related Bonds) and the Related Subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account, and (b) the aggregate unpaid principal balance of Related Mortgage Certificates be at least equal to a percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Related Bonds then Outstanding. With respect to the Offered Bonds, the Class I Asset Requirement is 100%.
Class I Asset Requirement means the requirement that, as of any date of calculation, the Accrued Assets shall be at least equal to the product of (x) the Aggregate Principal Amount of Class I Bonds then Outstanding multiplied by (y) the Class I Parity Ratio.

  • Reserve Account Requirement means on any Payment Date, an amount equal to 0.50% of the aggregate Securitization Value of the 2019-B Leases and 2019-B Vehicles as of the Cutoff Date; provided, however, that on any Payment Date (after taking into account all distributions from the 2019-B SUBI Collection Account on such date) on which the Note Balance is zero, the “Reserve Account Requirement” shall be an amount equal to $0.

  • Class D Coverage Tests means the Class D Interest Coverage Test and the Class D Par Value Test.

  • Class C Required Amount means with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amount described in Section 4.4(a)(v) over Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to Section 4.4(a).

  • Class B Required Amount shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 4.04(b).

  • Payment Requirement means the amount specified as being applicable to the Reference Entity in the Standard or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency (or, if no such amount is specified, USD 1,000,000 or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency) in either case as of the occurrence of the relevant Failure to Pay or Potential Failure to Pay, as applicable.

  • Class A/B Coverage Tests means the Class A/B Interest Coverage Test and the Class A/B Par Value Test.

  • Environmental Compliance Reserve means any reserve which the Agent establishes in its reasonable discretion after prior written notice to the Borrower from time to time for amounts that are reasonably likely to be expended by the Borrower in order for the Borrower and its operations and property (a) to comply with any notice from a Governmental Authority asserting material non-compliance with Environmental Laws, or (b) to correct any such material non-compliance identified in a report delivered to the Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 7.7.

  • Reference Asset Return means, in respect of a Reference Asset and an Exchange Business Day, an amount expressed as a percentage equal to (i) the Closing Price for such Reference Asset on such Exchange Business Day minus the Initial Reference Asset Price, divided by (ii) the Initial Reference Asset Price. The Reference Asset Return will be a price return and will not take into account dividends and/or distributions paid by the issuers or constituents of the Reference Assets.

  • REMIC I Overcollateralized Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 1% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balance of the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP) minus (ii) the aggregate Uncertificated Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10, in each case as of such date of determination.

  • Overcollateralization Target Amount means 0.85% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Class D Interest Coverage Test means the test which will apply as of any Measurement Date occurring on and after the Determination Date immediately preceding the second Payment Date and which will be satisfied on such Measurement Date if the Class D Interest Coverage Ratio is at least equal to 105.0 per cent.

  • Liquidity Requirement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22(b).

  • Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test means a test that is satisfied on any date of determination if the Weighted Average Fixed Coupon equals or exceeds the Minimum Fixed Coupon.

  • REMIC Eligible Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan held by a REMIC which satisfies and/or complies with all applicable REMIC Provisions.

  • Highest Required Investment Category (i) With respect to ratings assigned by Moody’s, “Aa2” or “P-1” for one month instruments, “Aa2” and “P-1” for three month instruments, “Aa3” and “P-1” for six month instruments and “Aa2” and “P-1” for instruments with a term in excess of six months, (ii) with respect to rating assigned by S&P, “A-1” for short-term instruments and “A” for long-term instruments, and (iii) with respect to rating assigned by Fitch (if such investment is rated by Fitch), “F-1+” for short-term instruments and “AAA” for long-term instruments.

  • Minimum Weighted Average Spread Test means a test that will be satisfied on any date of determination if the Weighted Average Spread of all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Collateral on such day is equal to or greater than 5.25%.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.
