Class License definition

Class License means a License to provide Public Telecommunications Services and/or operate Public Telecommunications Networks (i) not requiring the use of Scarce Resources, or (ii) requiring the use of Scarce Resources that have been specifically exempted by the TRC from an Individual License requirement.
Class License means a License that authorizes any Person that complies with the basic terms and conditions of the authorization to provide a telecommunications service and/or use frequencies without the need for an Individual License.
Class License means a License for any or all persons to conduct a same class of Telecommunications Services and may include conditions to which the conduct of that activity shall be subject.

Examples of Class License in a sentence

  • The vendor shall keep daily check over the loads on all the phases and will initiate corrective steps under the supervision of valid “A” Class License holder electrical contractor.

  • Part-I of the tender bid shall also contain (i) “A” Class License certificate issued by Directorate Electrical Safety (ii) Proof the credibility (iii) List of agreements or photocopy of agreements executed with them for such type of work in support of their past experience/performance.

  • The vendor shall keep daily check over the loads on all the phases and will initiate corrective steps under the supervision of their valid “A” Class License holder electrical contractor with the approval of the Bank’s authorities.

  • Resale: The Subscriber cannot resell the service if (s)he does not qualify as an Eligible Person, within the framework set by the Class License for the Resale of Retail Telecommunications Services issued by the Communication Regulatory Authority (CRA) (https://www.cra.gov.qa/en/document/class-license-for-the-resale-of- retail/telecommunications-services) and without a prior written approval by Ooredoo.

  • Pursuant to Article 3 of the Transition Instructions, the Licensee shall not be required to pay an initial Class License fee.


More Definitions of Class License

Class License means a License issued by the LTA with duration of one (1) year to provide telecommunications/ICT services as specified in Schedules A and B of these Regulations and as may be amended.
Class License means a service-based License held for the purpose of providing telecommunications services via networks, system elements and/or facilities owned and/or operated by a third party possessing an Individual License.
Class License means an Operating License granted in accordance withChapter IV of these rules;
Class License means a telecommunications License (as distinct from the Individual License) subject to standard conditions for all Licensees concerning every type of License granted in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of this Act.
Class License means a License issued by the PTA under the Class Licensing and Registration Regulations, 2007 for the specified class of telecommunication services;
Class License means a license, other than an individual license, granted on the same terms to each applicant in respect to a class of telecommunications networks, telecommunications services or radiocommunication services;
Class License means a license, under the Integrated Licensing Regime, to provide Public Telecommunication Services and/or operate Public Telecommunication Networks (i) not requiring the use of scarce resources, or (ii) requiring the use of scarce resources, which include radio frequency spectrum, that have been specifically exempted by the TRC from an Individual License requirement.
