Class License definition

Class License means a License to provide Public Telecommunications Services and/or operate Public Telecommunications Networks (i) not requiring the use of Scarce Resources, or (ii) requiring the use of Scarce Resources that have been specifically exempted by the TRC from an Individual License requirement.
Class License means a service-based License held for the purpose of providing telecommunications services via networks, system elements and/or facilities owned and/or operated by a third party possessing an Individual License.
Class License means a License that authorizes any Person that complies with the basic terms and conditions of the authorization to provide a telecommunications service and/or use frequencies without the need for an Individual License.

More Definitions of Class License

Class License means a License for any or all persons to conduct a same class of Telecommunications Services and may include conditions to which the conduct of that activity shall be subject.
Class License means a License issued by the LTA with duration of one (1) year to provide telecommunications/ICT services as specified in Schedules A and B of these Regulations and as may be amended.
