Should such Representatives fail to be present after the Builder’s due notice to the Buyer as provided above, the Builder shall be entitled to conduct such trial run with the presence of the Classification Surveyor only without the Representatives of the Buyer being present.
The Classification Surveyor may require witnessing of the testing.
Such notice shall be accompanied by a confirmation signed by the New Classification Surveyor regarding the same.
