Cleansing Notice definition

Cleansing Notice means a notice given by the Company under section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act.
Cleansing Notice means the notice associated with this Offer, released to NZX on 2 March 2016 pursuant to clause 20(1)(a) of Schedule 8 of the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 and clause 19 of Schedule 1 of the FMCA.
Cleansing Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8(a).
