Cleared over the counter customer means any person that is not a propri- etary person as defined in § 1.3(y) and for whom the futures commission mer- chant carries on its books one or more accounts for the over the counter- cleared derivative positions of such person.(c) Definitions: For the purposes of this section:(1) Net capital means the amount by which current assets exceed liabilities.   • Open-end credit means credit extended by a creditor under an agreement in which:

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • TARGET System means the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (known as TARGET2) System which was launched on 19 November 2007 or any successor thereto.

  • Sub-processor means any Data Processor engaged by MailChimp or its Affiliates to assist in fulfilling its obligations with respect to providing the Services pursuant to the Agreement or this DPA. Sub-processors may include third parties or members of the MailChimp Group.
