Click Charge definition

Click Charge means the ongoing maintenance and supplies costs associated with the print engine and all associated peripherals. The cost generally covers all; hardware, software and software updates, firmware updates, licencing, professional services, and all consumables with the exception of paper and staples. The cost is generally charged as a cost per image or impression with one impression being the image placed on one side of one sheet of paper regardless of paper size;
Click Charge is a variable Fee.
Click Charge. ANY "PER USE" CHARGE METER BILLING OR FEE PAYABLE BY AN OBLIGOR REPRESENTING USAGE IN EXCESS OF THE PERMITTED PERIODIC USAGE DESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT WITH SUCH OBLIGOR WHICH CHARGES OR FEES ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY EQUIPMENT OWNED BY SUCH OBLIGOR AND SERVICED BY AN ORIGINATOR OR LEASED OR RENTED BY SUCH OBLIGOR UNDER ANY FINANCE OR OPERATING LEASE FROM AN ORIGINATOR (FOR EXAMPLE, A CHARGE PAYABLE FOR EACH PHOTOCOPY MADE ON SUCH EQUIPMENT), WHICH CHARGES OR FEES ARE BOOKED ON AN ORIGINATOR'S LEGACY BAM ACCOUNTING SYSTEM WITH INVOICE CODE "RSX" OR "XSX" BUT NOT WITH INVOICE CODE "MSX" AND WHICH CHARGES OR FEES, AS THE CASE MAY BE, HAVE, TO THE ADMINISTRATOR'S SATISFACTION, BEEN IDENTIFIED SEPARATELY FROM ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS.

  • For Equipment sold under the “Click Charge Plan," all charges for printhead refurbishments are included in the Click Charge".

  • HP may either (i) suspend Click Charge invoicing for the affected Device until Customer provides a usage report for all Clicks from the date that HP notified Customer of the non-reporting status of the Device(s) and then invoice Customer in arrears for all non-reported Click Charges or (ii) HP may continue to invoice Click Charges based upon the Device(s) minimum usage commitment, or the Device(s) historical or forecasted usage.

  • Overage Click Charge Rate over 125,000 *Cannot be greater than base rate (*Overages) $.

  • Excess Click Charge, if applicable, will be invoiced based on the billing period selected on the face of this contract.

  • If Customer fails to timely provide usage reports for Non-Reporting Devices, HP may either (i) suspend Click Charge invoicing for the affected Device until the Device is returned to a DCA reporting status and then invoice Customer in arrears for all non-reported Click Charges or (ii) HP may continue to invoice Click Charges based upon the Device(s) minimum usage commitment, or the Device(s) historical or forecasted usage.

  • In the event the Committed Monthly Print Volume (as set forth in the pricing table above) per Device has not been reached, Customer will be invoiced a Click Charge based upon a number of monthly Clicks equal to the Committed Monthly Print Volume.

  • Excess Click Charge, if applicable, will be invoiced based on the billing period selected on the face of this contract.If any part of a payment is not made by the Customer when due, Customer agrees to pay TBS a Late Charge of the higher of $25 or two percent (2% ) of each such late payment, but not more than permitted by law.

  • Billing Model Description Customer will pay monthly Fees equal to a fixed monthly base payment (“Committed monthly Charge”), plus a variable monthly payment equal to the number of print outputs in excess of the committed print outputs (Overage Clicks) multiplied by the cost per print output (Click Charge), as set forth in the pricing table above and in applicable Change Orders.

  • Unless the type of block is specified, the owner of the building and the contractor may use the much heavier concrete block.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Sales Charge and "Dealer Commission" apply only to the Load Funds and the CDSC Funds. All commissions and concessions are subject to change without notice by us and will comply with any changes in regulatory requirements. You agree that you will not combine customer orders to reach breakpoints in commissions for any purpose whatsoever unless authorized by the Prospectus or by us in writing.

  • Default Management Charge has the meaning given to it in paragraph 6.2 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.
