Examples of Client Handbook in a sentence

  • Any improvements and/or alterations are subject to the rules and requirements as outlined in the Client Handbook.

  • While We strive to meet the needs of all of Our clients – even after hours and on holidays – We cannot guarantee the same response times for after-hours requests as standard business hours, unless the request is clearly indicated as an Emergency and is submitted via the appropriate channels outlined in the Client Handbook.

Related to Client Handbook

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • Handbook means the Handbook of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, as amended from time to time;

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct means the code of that name published by the Government Commercial Function originally dated September 2017, as may be amended, restated, updated, re-issued or re-named from time to time;

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
