Client Infrastructure definition

Client Infrastructure means the Client’s systems and technical infrastructure (whether owned or licensed by the Client), including those systems that directly or indirectly interface and/or are interoperable with, and/or impact on, the Services, and which are not under Supplier’s management and control and explicitly identified as Supplier’s responsibility under this Contract, but excluding the Connectivity Infrastructure.

  • In the event that the Supplier reasonably considers that the Client Infrastructure is inadequate and/or is (or may be) responsible for performance or functionality failures or degradation, the Client shall make such changes to Client Infrastructure (whether configuration or upgrades) as the Supplier may reasonably recommend.

More Definitions of Client Infrastructure

Client Infrastructure means, as the context requires, a Rack Space, a DF Link, a Duct Section, together with any Associated Duct Infrastructure, a LIC, a LIC termination box, a CEB Space and Equipment Buildings owned, occupied or operated by or on behalf of the Client.
Client Infrastructure means the equipment, software, or other technology within the Client’s direct control, which includes networks, routers, modems, firewalls, electrical power, etc. If Flow concludes that the cause of a problem being reported by a Client is attributable to certain defects in the Client Infrastructure, Flow shall notify the Client. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to correct any defects to the Client Infrastructure in order to keep the Software operational. If requested, additional support by Flow personnel can be made available to remedy performance issues that result from problems with Client Infrastructure. Assistance of this nature shall be categorized as consulting services (“Consulting Services”), which shall be subject to an additional fee. Related to Client Infrastructure

  • Critical infrastructure means a communication infrastructure system, cybersecurity system, electric grid, hazardous waste treatment system, or water treatment facility.

  • Wireless infrastructure provider means any person, including a person authorized to provide telecommunications service in the state, that builds or installs transmission equipment, wireless facilities, or wireless support structures, but that is not a wireless services provider.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract, such as transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor's Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre- commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc…as the case may require.
