Client Research definition

Client Research in order to perform its services correctly and to comply with the legislation and regulations, XXXXXX conducts research with regard to parties to whom it wishes to provide its services. This research implies, among other things, that DEGIRO ascertains the identity of these parties and, in addition, can imply that it conducts research into the ownership and control structure and the origin of the assets of these parties.
Client Research in order to perform its Services properly and to comply with the Applicable Laws, XXXXX conducts research into the parties to whom it wishes to pro- vide its Services. This research includes establishing the identity of these parties and may additionally imply research into the origin of the funds or wealth of these parties.
Client Research means our research with regard to parties to whom we wish to provide our services. This research implies, among other things, that we ascertain the identity of these parties. In addition this research can imply that we conduct research into the ownership and control structure and the origin of the assets of these parties.
