Closeout date definition

Closeout date means the date the department records the project as being completed and after which no further disbursements shall be made under the financial assistance agreement.

  • Opt-Out Date means the date by which Class Members must mail to the Settlement Administrator their requests to be excluded from the Class for that request to be effective.
