Closeout Date definition

Closeout Date means the date the department records the project as being completed and after which no further dis- bursements shall be made under the financial assistance agree- ment.
Closeout Date means a day on which, pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1, the Nondefaulting Party closes out Currency Obligations and/or Currency Option Transactions or such closeout occurs automat- ically. “Closing Gain,” as to the Nondefaulting Party, means the difference described as such in relation to a par- ticular Settlement Date under the provisions of Section 6.1.

Closeout Date is the date when the Office determines Subgrantee has satisfied all state and federal reporting requirements related to the Project and completes close out of this award pursuant to 2 CFR 200.344.

Related to Closeout Date

  • Opt-Out Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their requests to be excluded from the Settlement Class for that request to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.
