Until the Closeout Date, Subgrantee shall, without additional charge to the ACA, correct any such defects and make such additions, modifications, or adjustments to the Project as may be necessary to keep the Project operating as specified in its Application.
Subgrantee shall remain obligated to comply with the current and future obligations of the Arizona BEAD Program through the Closeout Date, except for those obligations that survive closeout and remain in force during the Federal Interest Period as described in section X.
Subgrantee agrees to keep financial records, including budgets, expenses, receipts, financial reports, supporting documents, statistical records, and all other records pertinent to Award Funds, the Project, and this Agreement and make them available to the ACA upon request and for not less than a period of five (5) years after the Closeout Date.
