Closing the loop means that a system with transfer function H(s) is replaced by a structure described in fig- ure 2. Closing the loop is the goal, and this means measuring if the implemented actions have an impact on student learning. This is different from programs simply meeting the established benchmark yearly and not reflecting further on student learning.
Closing the loop means telling clients what has been done in response to their feedback.
