Closure definition

Closure means a discontinuance or closure under Part 4 of the Railways Act 2005 of any of the Passenger Services or of any network on which the Passenger Services may be operated or of any of the Stations or of any part of such network or Station;
Closure means a device which closes an opening in a receptacle;
Closure means the completion of all operations at some time after the emplacement of spent fuel or radioactive waste in a disposal facility, including the final engineering or other work required to bring the facility to a condition that will be safe in the long term;

  • In such a situation, tuition will not be reimbursed; any paid tuition in excess of the 15 full Unscheduled Closure Days will be credited toward the next tuition bill once the Center reopens.
