Cloud Platform Service definition

Cloud Platform Service means the Cloud Services offered by SAP that includes the SAP HANA Cloud Platform or any other SAP hosted cloud platform where the Supplemental Terms for such Cloud Service permits OEM to create Custom Platform Applications and upload them to such Cloud Service.

Cloud Platform Service means MicroStrategy’s proprietary, cloud-based MicroStrategy CloudTM platform as a service (PaaS) offering, including all MicroStrategy Technology and all other products and services provided as part of such offering, to which Customer is being granted access under this Agreement according to the terms of the User Guide.

Examples of Cloud Platform Service in a sentence

  • For the Cloud Platform Service, the Cloud Service Schedule may be executed, and the Cloud Platform Services utilized to run the Custom Platform Applications, for one or more End Users.

  • SAP reserves the right to exclude any software from the Cloud Platform Service to the extent SAP has reason to believe it may harm SAP or any third party or infringe or violate any third party rights.

  • OEM is responsible for maintaining compatibility between Custom Platform Applications and the Cloud Platform Service upon upgrades of either component.

  • If Customer fails to pay such fees in full within thirty (30) days from Customer’s receipt of such notice, MicroStrategy may, without limiting MicroStrategy’s other rights and remedies, suspend Customer’s access to the Cloud Platform Service until such fees are paid in full.

  • MicroStrategy shall have no indemnification obligation under this Agreement for any Claim arising from or based upon (i) the use of Customer Data; or (ii) the use of the Cloud Platform Service in an unlawful or unauthorized manner; or (iii) the combination of the Cloud Platform Service with any products, services or business processes not provided by MicroStrategy as part of the Cloud Platform Service, if the Claim would not have arisen without such combination.

  • Client shall not, without the prior written approval from Marco and its Licensor(s), make any changes to the Cloud Platform Service.

  • Marco’s Licensors retain allownership of, and all intellectual property rights in, the Cloud Platform Service, including but not limited to all patents, provisional patents and applications, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other property or intellectual property rights.

  • Client authorizes Marco, its Representatives, and Licensor to Process (defined below) Personal Data for the purpose of providing the Cloud Platform Service and other Services hereunder.
